Can I cancel or update my order?

If necessary, you may cancel all or part of your order, provided you contact us before the next business day. If you would like to cancel or update your order please tell us via phone (check our how do order section) or use our Contact Us form.

What is your returns policy for online orders?

We will happily exchange or refund at any time, provided the goods are in original* condition and accompanied by proof of purchase. Purchases made via the Online store can only be refunded via by calling our customer service team (phone numbers listed at "How do I order?" above).

My credit card has been declined – what should I do?

If your credit card is declined you must contact your bank to find out why. The bank does not tell The Age Shop why the card was declined.

How much does delivery cost?

All products have a different delivery cost as it depends on the items weight and shape – costs can be found on the individual product page.

How long does delivery take?

Products are generally mailed within 10 working days of receiving the order. Items such as Limited Edition Prints, Framed Photos or Memorabilia may take up to 25 working days. Each order will arrive separately.

Can I send products to multiple addresses?

Yes you can send your products to multiple addresses; just follow the prompts when entering your order details. You can also save these addresses within your account for future use.
